In 2025, we have limited space available to join our collective team of self-employed Psychologists.

At Evolve, we provide room rental + full-time administrative support and access to Zanda, Novopsych, NovoNote (Ai Notetaker) and other facilities for a daily room rental + facilities fee of $215/day+GST all-inclusive.

We do refer appropriate clients within the team however, it is preferred you have your own client base and referral sources as we cannot guarantee the volume of referrals.

Do you rent rooms by the hour? No only on a daily, ongoing basis.

Do you rent rooms without Admin/facilities? No our model is all inclusive for clinicians looking for a full service set-up.  We have full-time on site administration and reception services available at our clinic, which provides wrap-around support for clinicians through the day and is included in the room rental model.

Which Practice Management Software do you use? We use Zanda to manage Psychologist’s diaries and client files

Can I use a different Practice Management Software? Yes you can for your own use however, our Admin Team are trained to use Zanda only and can support you only using Zanda.  You will have your own account and will be able to take this with you if you leave in future for a small administration fee (to facilitate the transition from Evolve to your own separate account).

I don’t have a full case load of clients and I’m not sure if I want to commit to days up front, can you help me with referrals? Yes we do cross-refer however, all Psychologists at Evolve are self-employed and do their own marketing/networking for referrals.

Do you offer discounts?  Yes for a commitment of 3 days or more.

Do you rent rooms to other health practitioners? Yes, we will consider room rental for Mental Health Accredited Social Workers and Psychiatrists.  As all our referrals are to Psychologists, it is difficult for us to cross-referral to practitioners who are not registered with Medicare.  If you have a full caseload and are a Counsellor or Psychotherapist, please feel free to reach out to discuss.
